Shipping times and methods are depending on the product. Boxed products are normally shipped "best-way" and delivery time is about 3-4 business days. For Backup copies of software normal delivery time is about 5 business days.

What is your refund policy?
We offer a 30-day money back guarantee minimum. If a longer period is mentioned on the individual product page, the longer money back guarantee is valid.

How do I cancel my order?
Physical products are cancelled upon being returned to us or if the order was processed by a fulfillment house or dropshipper, upon the return to the original sender. We do not cancel orders due to electronic delivery problems, but we offer a 100% Guarantee that our software titles are delivered to our clients and we will assist every step of the way.

How do I request a refund?
In order to request a refund, please open a ticket in our Support Center requesting a refund. Include your order number and the reason for your cancellation. We will begin processing your credit within 2 business days.

When will the credit appear on my card?
Due to Banks and Credit Card companies you can expect the credit to appear within 3 - 14 days after your cancellation.
